East Coast Park Outing; June 16th 2007

Hello people :)

Last updated on 3rd June 2007 at 8.30pm

There will be a class outing on the 16th, which is of course a Sunday.

There has been discussion about the upcoming class outing.

People present in meeting:

1) Demas (I have discussed with myself)

We will meet at the CCK control station at 9am, and of course, it will last till evening, around 5pm.

I apparently do not have the list of the people going, so if you are going, please tag or tell me on msn so that I can update. TBC currently stands for, to be confirmed :D

If you have other committments or whatever on the 10th, go there individually or whatever. Alternatively, the meeting with Benjamin i allowed. So you can meet him and go together. This, however, should be settled personally through the contact of email of hairhooks@gmail.com.

Transport will be by MRT and then bus.

There will be games; however, opposition to games is allowed and if it does not seem popular, then the whole idea will be set aside entirely. We would carry out a voting, probably through polling, and at least 2/3s of the majority, voting & present must be reached before a unanimous decision can be made.

We are going to East Coast Park, located on the EAST SIDE OF SINGAPORE.

You are to bring at least $5 for lunch. However this is unrealistic so bring more for tidbits or miscellaneous. If you feel as happy as a MOTHER THERESA, & you feel generous, you are permitted to bring FOOD & TIDBITS to SHARE & be a SHARITY ELEPHANT :D

Please bring one extra set of clothes.

Activities in sea are considered.

Loss of valuable, money or body parts are not responsibilities of the class committee.

It is compulsory to inform your parents. Failure to do so will result in 0 responsibilities of the class committee, should any accidents happen.

Suggestions to activities of the outing is open to all members of 3T2 Clairvo.

I appreciate that no edits by anyone are done to this post.

Signed,

Demas; Member of the Class Committee - Student Councillor.

Benjamin; Member of the Class Committee - Head of Management (who is eligible for edition of this post)
